Cabbage Soup

Red Cabbage, 500 grams
Scallions, six
Cubanelle Pepper, one large
Fennel, one small fresh bulb
Pomi Chopped Tomatoes, one box
Pacific Vegetable Broth, one Box
Progresso French Onion Soup, one can
Pacific Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
Garlic, two cloves

  1. All the vegetables should be chopped and cooked within the liquids for twenty minutes with Sea Salt to taste and one tablespoon of olive oil if desired.
